The Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family, in collaboration with OPEKA , is activating the popular Free Theater Ticket Program for 2025, offering the opportunity to 10,000 beneficiaries to enjoy quality theater performances without any financial burden.

Free theater tickets for 2025: When and where to submit applications
The application process begins on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 and ends on Friday, June 20, 2025. Applications are made exclusively through Citizen Service Centers (CSCs) throughout the country.
Who are the beneficiaries?
The following are eligible to participate in the program:
Pensioners of e-EFKA (formerly OGA)
Beneficiaries of the Uninsured Elderly Account (Law 1296/1982)
OGA insured persons who are insured until December 31, 2024
Family members of the above, entitled to care
Free theater tickets for 2025: What supporting documents are required?
For the application you need:
AMKA or AM OGA (in a document or certificate)
Police ID
For cases of disability: Notification of Disability Certification (GAPA) or valid decision
Where are the tickets valid and until when?
Tickets cover theatrical performances in major cities in Greece and are valid from July 2, 2025 to April 30, 2026.
OPEKA compensates theaters:
With up to 15€ for Main Stage
Up to €12 for a Children’s Tent
How are beneficiaries selected?
If the applications exceed the available places, an electronic lottery will be held. The selection is made:
Proportionately in all prefectures
Priority given to people who have not been drawn in the last 3 years
The results are announced through the OPEKA website and at local KEPs.
